COVID 19: 

Do I need facial covering to enter the museum? 

Guests are allowed to wear face coverings if they choose. It is not mandatory since the mandate has been lifted for the city of Atlanta.

How is the GBHQ museum ensuring that staff and guests are kept safe?

Every exhibit is wiped down and sanitized after each group of visitors finish their museum tour. GBHQ also provides hand sanitizing stations throughout the museum to avoid spreading the virus. 

 

Tickets: 

Can I buy tickets at the door? 

Museum tickets can only be purchased online because time slots are limited and must be booked in advance.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges? 

GBHQ does not offer any refunds on tickets purchased UNLESS deemed necessary by owner. If there is a need for an exchange, this request can be accommodated.

How do I access my ticket? 

Your order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Once you arrive to the museum you will check in with the hostess and provide your order confirmation number.

How late can I arrive after my ticket entry time?

If you arrive late you will still have to abide by the time frame of your originally booked tour. No refunds or exchanges will be given due to late arrivals.

Is the museum self guided?

Yes, this is a self guided tour.

What should I bring?

Bring good energy, a smile, some business cards and be photo shoot ready!

No strollers are allowed.

Can I bring food and drink into the GBHQ museum? 

No outside food or drinks are allowed in the museum.

There is valet parking for all guests. No self parking is available.
